Prolong the current CIVOCL policy in FUIB's Viber-banking

First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) was the first in Ukraine to launch a service to prolong a current CIVOCL policy through the Viber messenger. All clients who have a vehicle liability insurance previously issued at FUIB can use the service. We would like to remind that issuing CIVOCL through the messenger the service  is provided by the bank since the end of 2018.

"We face a situation where quarantine has made it inconvenient for many customers to use offline services. As FUIB already has successful experience of issuing insurance policies through the messenger, it was logical and timely to decide to refine the service so that customers can remotely extend the validity of the policy. Now the re-registration takes a few minutes, and it is possible to get a prolongation without leaving home," - commented Vyacheslav Melikhov, Head of FUIB's retail insurance business.

FUIB's current clients who have expired CIVOCL can renew their policy within two minutes without visiting a bank branch. For comparison, offers from five insurance companies are provided, so that if necessary, the client can choose the best option for vehicle insurance.

The policy renewal process consists of several steps. The client needs to check personal data, which is automatically pulled from the single FUIB client base, and confirm their relevance. In the next step, choose the best offer from one of the insurance companies: ARX​ (formerly – AXA Insurance), ASKA, VUSO, ASKO DS or INGO. Then confirm the beginning date of the new policy and pay the insurance payment through the PayHub service with a payment card of any bank – the client receives a short link in Viber, where it is needed to enter the card details and pay for the policy. After that, the client receives an insurance policy sent to the specified e-mail address.
