Last week, markets grew more volatile; however, indices of the leading trading platforms turned out to be in the green zone again by the end of the week. On Friday, 25 October, the S&P 500 Index set a new historical record-high.

Markets grew seriously convinced of the opinion that the quantitative easing program in the US will last through March 2014, since macroeconomic indicators of this country are still not stable enough. This is good news for markets, because repurchase of government securities by the Administration provides for inflowing liquidity.
