    Change the phone number for confirmation of active operations without personal applying to a bank department is possible, in case of absence of the mobile network coverage in the area of ATO. Possibility to change the number within the same operator is missing. Changing the phone number is possible only on the number of another Ukrainian mobile operator.

    The monthly fee for using the package is UAH 120. It includes:

    • using Internet-banking FUIB Online Corporate

    • in cash via POS-terminals at the cash offices of FUIB (the fee is 0.2% of the amount, min. UAH 10)
  • What is the fee for transferring the salary?

    The Commission for the transfer of salary is set individually, depending on the Staff and labor remuneration Fund of the Company

    • document confirming the location of the non-resident on the territory of Ukraine
  • How can I implement the prolongation (extension of the deposit for a new term) of deposits «Profitable» and «Spokiyniy»?

    This deposits suggest the possibility of establishing/canceling of the automatic prolongation option for a new term during the entire term of the deposit, with the exception of the last day of the deposit term.

    If the deposit was opened with an active option of automatic prolongation, it is automatically extended to the expiration date of the deposit. In this case the deposit interest rate is set, functioning at the bank for this type of agreement at the time of extension.

    If You want to cancel automatic prolongation, You have to apply to the bank department (where the deposit was drawn up) before the scheduled expiration date of the deposit for concluding the respective additional agreement to the existing contract of the bank deposit.

    If you wish, you can exchange your FanID card (the old one) for the payment «Fan card» from FUIB, you can do it with the promoters during the home matches of FC «Shakhtar» at RSC «Metalist». If, upon activation of a new card, you tell the promoter your mobile phone number and the full name on which your card was previously registered, all previously accumulated passes will be transferred to a new «Fan card».

    When you use your phone to pay in stores, Android Pay does not send your actual credit or debit card number. When removing a card, the TOKEN is deleted from the application, if you decide to add the card to the application again; it will be assigned a new TOKEN number. If you add a card to several devices, the TOKEN numbers on different devices will be different. The TOKEN number can work only from the device to which it was installed. Thus, your card data is safe. Data security is guaranteed by the payment systems, cooperating and certified by Google.

  • Why is the design of the card in the mobile application different from the design of my physical card?

    The card image is set by default and corresponds to the bank settings. The image may differ from the actual design of your physical card.

  • What should I do if my phone was stolen?

    In case of loss theft of your mobile phone, you need to call the call-center and report it. The call-center employees will block the VIRTUAL ACCOUNT (TOKEN), which is assigned to your card on your mobile device. Remember, that for security reasons, access to the mobile device should always be only using security means (device pin, graphic password, fingerprint verification, etc., means provided by your device). You can continue using the plastic card.

    In case there is no possibility to contact the call center of the bank, block the card in any accessible way, it will be impossible to perform transactions on the VIRTUAL ACCOUNT (TOKEN). After locking the TOKEN, you can activate the card and continue using it.

  • Can payment be erroneously charged 2 times?

    In point of fact, the Android Pay mobile application is the usual contactless card transaction. The cashier first enters the amount necessary for payment, and only then a card (phone) is applied, data is exchanged, a transaction is made. If you attach a contactless card (phone) to a reader who is not ready to work with it (the second time after making a purchase or simply to the reader without entering the amount of purchase) – the transaction or the second write-off will not happen.

  • A client has several cards of different banks, can they be attached? How can I choose which card will be paid?

    You can add to the application cards only of those banks which have been certified for this service. In the application, you can install the cards which will be used by default (always the payment will be made by this card.) To make payment by another card, you need to enter the application and select a card which you would like to pay for the purchase.

  • How do I use Android Pay in a store? Do I need to unlock my phone and run the application?

    If the amount of the transaction is up to 100 UAH, simply turn on the screen («wake up» the phone) and bring it to the terminal. Unlock the phone and run the application is not necessary
    Payment will pass without additional verification.

    Якщо Ви скористались кредитним лімітом, банк не вимагає одразу повністю розрахуватись за кредитом. Достатньо щомісяця сплачувати:

  • Як скоро після поповнення картки я знову зможу користуватися грошима?

    Гроші для безготівкових покупок будуть доступні одразу після зарахування на картку "ВСЕМОЖУ". Зняття готівки - на наступний день.

  • Я поповнив картку в дату, вказану в SMS. Чому мені нараховано штраф за прострочку?

    Така ситуація можлива в двох випадках:
    - кошти були внесені через інший банк або платіжну систему (термін надходження грошей на рахунок до 3 днів)
    - кошти були внесені в неопераційний час після 18:00 (гроші зараховуються на рахунок на наступний день)

    ПУМБ потурбувався про те, щоб Ви не переплачували, користуючись готівкою - Ви можете знімати кредитні кошти готівкою з вашої картки «ВСЕМОЖУ» без жодних комісій через банкомати будь-яких банків (немає різниці - використовуєте Ви банкомат ПУМБ або будь-якого іншого банку).

    У випадку зняття з картки власних коштів стягуєтья комісія - 4,9% від суми + 15 грн.

  • Скільки я заплачу банку за зняття кредитних коштів готівкою?

    Дія пільгового періоду не розповсюджується на операції зняття готівки з картки «ВСЕМОЖУ», тож проценти на суму зняття готівки починають нараховуватись з дати здійснення операції.

    Нарахування відсотків здійснюється за ставкою 4,83% на місяць (≈1,59 грн в день за 1000 грн кредитних коштів знятих готівкою).

  • Я не зміг зняти бажану суму готівки в банкоматі іншого банку. Чому? 

    Цей банк міг встановити обмеження на зняття готівки з картки ПУМБ у своїх банкоматах.
    Сума, яку намагались зняти перевищує доступний ліміт.
    Умови вашої кредитної картки не передбачали можливість зняття готівки на момент здійснення операції.

  • Як дізнатися суму поточної заборгованості за кредитною карткою?

    Номер картки не зберігається у разі перевиску або внаслідок втрати картки. При перевипуску через закінчення терміну дії номер зберігається.

    У разі викрадення або втрати картки необхідно максимально оперативно її заблокувати. Це можна зробити, звернувшись до банку за номером 044 290 7 290 (цілодобово),  через ПУМБ online або за через SMS-банкінг (за його наявності), відправивши SMS на номер 4682.
    Нову картку Ви отримаєте у відділенні ПУМБ.

  • Перевипуск картки платний?

    Перевипуск картки здійснюється безкоштовно у наступних випадках:

    - банкомат ПУМБ затримав картку
    - технічна несправність картки (брак пластику / чіпу)
    - закінчився термін дії картки

    Перевипуск картки з інших причин є платним, вартість -  згідно тарифів банку.

  • Чи повинен я повністю погасити борг за карткою «ВСЕМОЖУ», якщо у картки закінчується термін дії?

    У цьому немає необхідності. Після випуску нової картки, борг за кредитом і доступний залишок залишаться колишніми, і Ви зможете погашати кредит, як і раніше.

  • Чому мені прийшла сума мінімального платежу, якщо у мене ще діє пільговий період?

    Розглянемо на прикладі:
    01.04 - Ви розрахувались у магазині карткою на 1000 грн. Ця сума йде в пільговий період. 01.05 - після першої платіжної дати Ви отримаєте SMS із сумою обов`язкового платежу без відсотків, який необхідно сплатити до 30.05. Тобто, Ви маєте можливість внести повну суму заборгованості і не платити відсотки взагалі, або Ви можете погасити мінімальний обов'язковий  платіж.
