NOTIFICATION ON TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THE CREDIT REGISTRY OF NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE

In order to fulfill the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on the establishment and maintenance of the Credit Registry¹, PJSC “PUMB” informs about the transfer of information to the Credit Registry of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding the credit operations which obligations were not fulfilled by the debtors in full or obligations which were not terminated at the time of entry into force the law¹.

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 5 of the third part of Article 67¹ of the Law of Ukraine “On Banks and Banking Activities”, the Bank transfers to the Credit Registry of the National Bank of Ukraine the information on persons related to debtors who are legal entities. According to part 7 of Аrticle 67¹ of the Law of Ukraine “On Banks and Banking Activities”, this information is transferred without the need to obtain the consent of these persons, and the debtor informs these persons about the transfer of data regarding them to the Credit Registry of the National Bank of Ukraine.
