The Supervisory Board of First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) appointed Stéphan Guglieri Executive Director, member of FUIB Management Board on April 12, 2012. Stephan will commence his new duties upon obtaining all necessary working permits.
Mr. Guglieri will lead retail business development of FUIB, create more synergies between the business lines of FUIB and secure cooperation with its partner Renaissance Credit Bank. Mr. Guglieri will also be in charge of renewing retail business development strategy and enhancing the operating efficiency of retail business, while focusing his attention on launching high-quality retail products and providing top of the mark service to FUIB’s retail clients.
"In the past year FUIB carried out a number of strategic projects in the retail business, this year we plan to focus on the new products and channels development to provide banking services − says Konstantin Vaysman, Chairman of FUIB Management Board. − I am glad that FUIB’s team is strengthened by Stéphan Guglieri, who has an immense experience of building an effective retail banking business in Western European markets as well as in emerging markets of Poland, Ukraine and Russia”.

Stéphan Guglieri holds academic degrees in commerce, corporate finance and strategic marketing from the leading educational institutions of France, Canada and USA. Mr. Guglieri holds an MBA Degree from the University of Lehigh (USA). Stéphan’s combined experience in the banking sector exceeds 15 years and includes senior positions at the leading European banking groups Société Générale Group and BNP Paribas Group. In the years 2003-2007 Mr. Guglieri founded Sygma Bank Polska, one of the leading consumer lending institutions in Poland. In 2007-2009 Mr. Guglieri held the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Renaissance Capital Bank in Ukraine. In 2009 he was appointed First Deputy CEO of Renaissance Credit Group. Since July 2011, Mr. Guglieri is a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Bank Renaissance Capital".
