"Always look for new opportunities to achieve the goal": the career meeting of teenagers in the field of economics, business and IT took place

On May 18, teenagers from all over Ukraine met with specialists in the field of economics, business and IT. This is the fifth meeting took place within the framework of the My Career in Ukraine national project organized by the Center for CSR Development together with Career Hub and FUIB.

The students met with the Deputy Manager of the FUIB Regional Center, co-founder of the Lustra Agency branding agency, director of the Synergy Science Park, co-founder of the Museum in the Dark "Three After Midnight" Social Enterprise and director of FUIB's Customer Value Management Department.

"At this career meeting, the participants had the opportunity to meet successful people who have succeeded in creating their own business, experts shared what innovations and technologies are becoming important today, how to develop communication with the client and build your own strategy,” said Taras Derkach, Head of the Career Hub platform.

110 participants joined the career meeting in the economics, business and IT field. Representatives of these industries shared their knowledge and experience, and explained that hard work is the key to success in any beginning.

"You need to be able to think analytically and communicate effectively, analyze data, explain results, present conclusions,” said Serhiy Karaulov, Director of FUIB's Customer Value Management Department.

"Discipline and self-control help to effectively organize your work and achieve the desired results," said Alina Marnenko, head and co-founder of Museum in the Dark "Three After Midnight" social enterprise.

"You always need to learn and gain new experience, it helps to develop. Criticism and feedback are also valuable knowledge,” said Artem Nidzelskiy, Deputy Manager of the FUIB Kyiv Regional Center.

Teenagers learned how to develop their talents and learn from their mistakes, and also understand why you need to be flexible and always be prepared for changes and unexpected events.

We would like to remind that a final conference will take place after a series of career meetings. Only 30 of the most active teenagers will meet in Kyiv their idols - heads of enterprises, international organizations, government agencies, as well as win useful gifts from the organizers!

Career meetings in the medical, creative, media and services fields have recently taken place.
