Notification of the Rules publication for the rate matching in the process of providing foreign currency trading Services of PJSC «FUIB»

We are informing about the introduction of a new Service «The rate matching in the process of providing foreign currency trading Services» (hereinafter – the Service) for corporate clients.

Attention! The Service operates in pilot operation mode!

The Service operating conditions are regulated by THE RULES OF THE RATE MATCHING IN THE PROCESS OF PROVIDING FOREIGN CURRENCY TRADING SERVICES OF PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY «FIRST UKRAINIAN INTERNATIONAL BANK» (hereinafter - the Rules).

The Rules are effective from the day of publication of the relevant notice on the Bank's website and available both on the Digital Bank System website and on the Bank's website.

According to the Rules, the Bank provides the opportunity to use the Service to corporate clients, legal entities and individuals – entrepreneurs using the Bank's services in foreign currency trading, the Micro or Small Business segment (the annual turnover does not exceed 120 million UAH).

The Service provides the Bank's corporate clients with the following opportunities:

• Promptly receive up-to-date information from the Bank about all changes in the market rate for its bids for currency purchase/sale;
• Match the purchase/sale rate of foreign currency on the day of trade by SMS;
• Refuse the rate suggested by the Bank.

Conditions of the Service connection:

• Providing an application for accession to the Rules, which determines the representative of the Client and the mobile phone number of the GSM standard that is serviced by mobile operators in Ukraine, with the ability to receive and send SMS messages.
