FUIB's customers save on the service of merchant acquiring

Prompt crediting of funds, reduced commission and effective technical solutions are the key benefits of service provision at FUIB

According to the results of the 1-st half of 2015, First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) holds a position among the top 10 largest operators of merchant acquiring among banks. At the end of the period, the number of active trade POS-terminals of FUIB equaled 4702 devices.

Today the bank provides merchant acquiring for numerous groceries supermarkets, gas stations, appliance stores, drugstore chains, restaurants, clothing and shoe stores, cosmetics stores, building materials stores, Duty Free shops, airlines, airports and hotels. The largest number of FUIB's trade POS-terminals is installed in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia and Odessa regions.

"Thanks to FUIB's own Processing center, the accelerated coverage of amounts for transactions with payment cards is our competitive advantage. Funds are credited to the client's account on the next business day. At the same time, the commission expenses of the client are on average lower, since FUIB has many partner banks, the cards of which are served at a discounted commission", - said Volodymyr Bilous, Head of FUIB's transactional business development department.

In addition, FUIB helps the clients realize an integrated method of operating a cash register station and a POS-terminal, what allows one to generate and transmit the transaction amount to the POS-terminal during the processing of a bar code at the time of purchase of the product. This method of operation allows one to get away from double entry of the amount by the cashier (on the cash register and POS-terminal). For customer convenience, the bank establishes a portable keyboard (Pin Pad) and provides free supplies. The bank also provides free training for client's shop assistants working with the terminal equipment and acceptance of international payment systems cards.
