Adhering to the policy of increasing security measures of Mastercard Bilshe, as well as ensuring exclusively authorized access of users to their personal accounts, we inform you that from May 20, 2021 on the program's website, a mandatory procedure of two-factor authorization of users with sending one-time passwords via SMS will be introduced.
After entering the login and password, a one-time password will be sent to the phone number, and it should be entered on the website. Only after entering a one-time password will you get access to your personal account.

What do you need to pay attention to?
You should check the relevance of your phone number in your personal user account (login). If the account contains an outdated phone number, it should be changed to the current one. You can change the password in the section "My Profile" => "Personal data" => "login data" by clicking on the edit symbol.

What do I do if you do not have time to update the phone number by 20.05.21?
You need to contact the Mastercard Bilshe support hotline on 0 800 33 24 12 and report the following data:
Phone number under which you are registered in the program;
Surname, name and patronymic and the date of birth;
Last transactions made by the client. For example, the title of the store/website where payment by the card participating in the program was made.
