For the fifth year in a row, in the conditions of a full-scale war, FUIB has been implementing social initiatives to support the state, its citizens, and the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. FUIB's total investments in the approach of victory and the development of the country during this period amounted to over UAH 1.4 billion. In 2025, social investments exceeded UAH 495 million, a year-on-year increase of over UAH 150 million (+31%).

A separate area of FUIB's social activities is supporting the country's defense capability. Since 2022, in cooperation with charitable foundations, public organizations, and through direct purchases of over UAH 540 million, the bank has transferred thousands of units of equipment for communications and power, surveillance and control, tactical clothing and equipment, vehicles and reconnaissance aircraft, electronic warfare equipment, and hospital equipment to various military units. In 2025, FUIB provided the Security and Defense Forces with the necessary equipment for over UAH 151 million. FUIB has a running club PUMB RUN to support mobilized colleagues - we collect training-donations.

In 2025, the bank continued to implement the social initiative “We Are of The Same Blood”, created at the beginning of the war. In cooperation with famous Ukrainian artists and designers, FUIB creates charitable merch, the funds from the order of which go to purchase tactical medical equipment for defenders, equipment and medicines for ambulance paramedics, payment for operations to recover from injuries, and tailoring adaptive clothing. Today, “We Are of The Same Blood” has 50 partners. In 2025, over UAH 10 million was provided to Ukrainian business and art, over 2.2 thousand units of medical equipment were purchased for defenders, 187 units of equipment were purchased for emergency paramedics, 12 blood deliveries were made to hot spots, 697 donors were involved in donations. This is a total of 63 thousand lives saved. Together with partners, we provided the wounded with 2,640 units of adaptive clothing, 85 procedures for the treatment of scars, burns and injuries.

Due to the high need for blood in Ukraine, FUIB and Mastercard, together with DonorUA and the NGO "Blood Agents", launched the "Teplokrovni" initiative, aimed at developing a culture of sustainable donation in Ukraine and expanding access to blood donation in cities and communities across the country. On the first floor of the Teplokrovni mobile hub, there is an interactive exhibition about the special properties of blood and the importance of donations, and on the second floor, a safe and comfortable blood donation zone is equipped under the supervision of a medical team of doctors. To support the initiative, a Blood Donor Appreciation Program was created in the FUIB application and a special collection of charity merchandise "Teplokrovni", in which items symbolize support, care and the power of unity. Over the 9 months of operation of the donor hub in 2025, more than 921 liters of blood were collected, which could potentially help save more than 6 thousand lives of wounded military and civilians. FUIB employees regularly donate blood for the wounded through open donations together with the bank's CEO.

The bank's team continued to develop an inclusive culture in the bank - it regularly held webinars, trainings, and e-courses for employees to understand the needs in serving people with various types of disorders. In 2025, the bank invested over 24 million in creating inclusive spaces and services. By the end of the year, all 207 operating branches of FUIB across Ukraine had accessible entrances – ramps, lifts, zero-entry, navigation and warning elements, Braille signs. For people with hearing or speech impairments, all standard FUIB branches have a QR code to call a professional sign language interpreter. 67 branches have been equipped with an internal barrier-free space: lowered cash registers, handrails, crutch holders, waiting areas for people in wheelchairs, and adapted bathrooms. For people with visual impairments, a voice assistant was installed in ATMs in 88 branches and 77 voice assistants in ATMs outside the branches. By the end of 2025, we had ensured physical and informational barrier-free access in 50% of branches in each region of the country. We have completed the work on arranging the internal accessible space in 96 branches, and have carried out work on adapting digital channels (mobile applications, bank websites).

FUIB takes care of its more than 6 thousand employees throughout Ukraine, providing insurance, training, comfortable and safe working conditions. In 2025, the bank provided more than 75 million in material support to its employees who found themselves in difficult life situations due to the war.

Serhiy Chernenko, Chairman of the Board of FUIB, commented on one of the important areas of the bank's investments: “FUIB believes in the country’s recovery through quality education. The total amount of investments in educational projects amounted to UAH 69 million in 2025. 20 student developers from KIA and KPI received scholarships to continue their development in order to strengthen the country’s economy and defense capabilities. Our educational partnership with KSE is already 9 years old. These are 90 recipients of grant scholarships from the bank. We opened new comfortable spaces for study and recreation at KSE, and 10 talented students of KSE University received scholarships to study economics and big data in 2025. We supported the creation of the cultural and educational project “Front Studio” with the Cultural Landing, aimed at educating the younger generation, which forms its own worldview and chooses its own path. The Front Studio records battle songs of brigades - conducts open communication about the features of the units and the opportunities that await young people in the modern Ukrainian army. We created our own platform for integrating veterans and veterans “Live towards”, which has a powerful educational component - a financial chatbot, lectures on financial and economic issues, business training and grants for opening a veteran business. The platform has already united over 300 thousand veterans and members of their unions. Over the two years of operation, 110 veteran teams have completed online business training. 57 Ukrainian veteran businesses have received grant funds and mentoring support. We believe that only with high-quality education does the country have a future, even in the most difficult times.”

We bring victory closer and strengthen the country together with defenders and veterans, partners and clients.
