FUIB received the GRAND PRIX of the XIV CSR Case Competition 2025 "Business that Changes the Country"

FUIB won the GRAND PRIX of the CSR Case Competition 2025 “Business that Changes the Country” — the national award for socially responsible projects from CSR Ukraine. The bank received the highest award for three social initiatives: “Live towards”, “We Are of the Same Blood” and “Support for the Security and Defense Forces”.

The CSR Case Competition is the first and only national platform that systematically recognizes the best socially responsible solutions of Ukrainian businesses during the war and in the face of modern challenges. It is organized by the CSR Ukraine organization and unites companies that implement sustainable development, social support of communities, employees and partners.

In 2025, 76 cases from 47 companies were submitted to the competition. The competition jury evaluated the cases according to several key parameters: systematic solutions, real impact, compliance with modern challenges of Ukraine (strengthening the country), innovation and stakeholder engagement.

FUIB received the highest award in the competition for a set of socially significant initiatives that have a significant impact on society and the economy in Ukraine.

FUIB projects awarded the GRAND PRIX

"Live towards" is a set of initiatives aimed at the high-quality integration of veterans into civilian life. The platform's educational and cultural projects help veterans socialize and establish their peaceful lives through education, communication, sports, and starting a business. 180 thousand veterans, veterans, defenders of defenders, and their loved ones have already been involved in the platform's educational projects. 35 veterans received grants for their own businesses. War veterans participate in discussing, testing, and completing projects.

"We are of the Same Blood" is a social project of FUIB Bank, which develops small Ukrainian businesses and the donor movement, provides delivery of blood components to hot spots, purchases tactical medicine for the military and medical equipment for paramedics, and tailors adaptive clothing for the wounded. To date, the project has helped save 199 thousand lives. More than 7.7 thousand units of tactical medicine were purchased and transferred to defenders, 104 blood deliveries were provided to hot spots, 3,013 units of medicines and 105 units of equipment for ambulance paramedics were purchased and transferred, more than 3,5 thousand donors were involved in donations, 4,648 units of adaptive clothing were sewn and transferred to evacuation trains and hospitals. UAH 34 million was provided to support Ukrainian business and art.

"Support for the Security and Defense Forces" is a comprehensive assistance to the units of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, which includes financial support for necessary purchases and the bank's participation in joint projects with partners and charitable organizations. Since 2022, in cooperation with charitable foundations, public organizations and through direct purchases to various military units for over UAH 420 million, we have transferred thousands of units of equipment for communications and power, surveillance and control, tactical clothing and equipment, vehicles and reconnaissance aircraft, electronic warfare equipment and equipment for conducting sapper work.

With the bank's financing, the "Frontline Studio" of the Cultural Landing was launched - a project to promote military musical culture, to record and promote songs created or performed by servicemen, direct participants in the war.

FUIB also operates the PUMB RUN Running Club. Each run by a club member is a boost to health, as well as FUIB’s contribution to the Fund to Support Mobilized Employees. The Fund raises funds for the needs of colleagues who defend our independence. Our employees regularly donate blood for the defenders.

In addition to the GRAND PRIX, FUIB received a diploma for participating in the Corporate Social Responsibility 2025 Case Competition and leadership in implementing effective initiatives that enhance Ukraine’s resilience.
