FUIB helped KSE students continue their studies in winter when electricity and heat were out

In the winter, KSE could have suspended studies for a month. But FUIB's support prevented this from happening: 114 students and university employees were able to temporarily live in warm hostels and hotels while Kyiv experienced the most difficult weeks of winter.
This winter, Kyiv experienced cold and power outages. For some KSE students and employees, it became difficult to even continue their studies and work in basic terms. KSE Foundation launched a winter aid campaign. FUIB joined this initiative.
Thanks to the bank's support, 114 students and university employees were able to temporarily live in warm hostels and hotels - on average, about 21 days, while Kyiv was experiencing the most difficult weeks of winter. This is how partnerships work, strengthening the future of the country's economy.
Arsen Yefremov, a student of the Master's program "Economic Analysis" at KSE: "In general, the war strengthened the desire to study. This became an incentive to become a specialist and expert who will restore the country and change it as a whole. This winter was very difficult, but the support of the university's partners did not let us stop. Even in the days without power, the studies continued. And this gave me the feeling that I was not only learning - I was moving towards the role that the country really needs now."
