FUIB – the best bank in the Business Banking category according to the SME Banking Agency

FUIB (First Ukrainian International Bank) has been recognised in the annual international Business Banking 2025 ranking in Ukraine by the specialised information and analytical agency SME Banking Agency.

The results of the study were announced during the SME Banking Council expert meeting ‘SME Banking 2025: Eastern Europe’, which was dedicated to the development of the SME segment.

The ‘Business Banking’ category identifies the best banks for servicing SMEs. The key factors that influenced the rating of banks were not only the volume of banking business, but also the dynamics of development, relative performance indicators, and quality indicators.

Based on 75 criteria, ranging from SME development strategy and the bank's focus on micro, small, and medium-sized business segments to sales models and SME customer service, the banks that are most dynamically and effectively transforming their banking business in the current environment were identified.

The international study ‘SME Banking 2025’ and the selection of the best banks is conducted annually by experts from the SME Banking Agency and in 2025 includes more than thirty countries. The ranking is determined at the country, regional, and global levels. The final results of the TOP20 SME Banks in the world ranking will be announced on 28 November at the SME Banking Forum in Vienna (Austria).
