FUIB's Deputy Chairman of the Board of Corporate Business, Serhiy Mahdych, became one of the best SME bankers, taking the second place in the small Financial Oscar 2021 rating from the "Business" magazine.

The list of winners was determined in accordance with the contribution to the development of financial products for SMEs and the support which is currently provided to entrepreneurs by banks.

This time, the winners of the rating were determined in two stages: at the first stage, the editorial team examined financial performance of the banking market and identified those banks that made a mark in the SME segment. After analyzing the data obtained, the editorial team formed a short list of contenders in certain areas. At the second stage, readers of the "Business" magazine expressed their opinions on the website business.ua.

Serhiy Mahdych has been FUIB's Deputy Chairman of the Board of Corporate Business since March 2019. During his leadership, not only did the bank manage to increase the company's profit, but also to take leading positions in financial ratings in the categories "Support for SMEs", "Agrarian Bank", "Big Business Partner".
