PUMB Online mobile application celebrates its 1st year!

PUMB Online mobile application will be 1 year old on November 19! During this time, clients have downloaded the app more than 1 million times.

During the year, the number of digital clients doubled. The functionality of the application has also expanded significantly - the clients can now cover up to 80% of their needs using it. Due to its wide functionality and intuitive interface, more and more FUIB clients are choosing to use the mobile application on a permanent basis: among the FUIB's digital clients, more than 70% use the mobile application only and do not "go" to the web version.

We have collected some interesting statistics for the anniversary of PUIB Online mobile application:

• During the year, the bank's clients made 15 million transactions
• The total amount of transfers made by FUIB's clients via the mobile app is 30 billion UAH
• The number of templates created by FUIB's clients using the mobile application is 320 thousand
• 150 thousand cards from other banks were added to PUIB Online mobile application by clients.
• The number of transactions per month per customer increased from 3 to 5.
• The share of service operations is 15%.
• 183 thousand deposits were opened by FUIB's clients online since the beginning of the year.
• 4.7 and 4.8 are ratings provided in Android and Apple by users of PUIB Online mobile application.
