First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) has opened a separate VIP-branch for the provision of services for customers who are members of the Persona club. The center is located in the very heart of the capital, at the following address: Kyiv, 5, Klovskyi Spusk St.   

From now on, FUIB VIP-clients will be able to receive services in a separate Center with an increased level of comfort and privacy: a separate entrance, cozy meeting rooms, in the two of which there is a possibility of making cash transactions, modern technical equipment. The VIP-center is also equipped with a depository with different-sized boxes, so that customers can choose what is the most convenient for them. 

"The opening of the VIP-center is quite an event for FUIB, as it is the first service center of such a high level in the bank network. However, the center is only the first step in transforming the philosophy of work with premium clients. The new service model allows one to provide services in such a way so as to save as much customer's time as possible: all operational work is organized in such a way that customers simply do not notice it," commented Andriy Prusov, director of FUIB's department of sales and retail business development.

Not only clients, but also members of their families can get advice and use a full range of banking services in the FUIB VIP-customer service center. The bank makes Persona club members special offers, such as increased interest rates, premium products, etc.  

Not only can Persona Club members manage their financial matters in the meeting rooms, but also hold their own business meetings with their partners there. "One way or another, all of our clients' business activities are related to finance. Understanding this, we kindly offer them to use the meeting rooms in the VIP-center for holding business meetings. To do this, you only need to book a room with the help of a personal manager," added Andriy Prusov.

FUIB will also continue to provide services for clients who are members of the Persona Club in the VIP-zones of the existing bank branches. 42 branches – that is, almost every fourth branch in the network – are equipped with VIP zones. The zones will continue to work as usual, so that customers can continue to receive high-quality services.
