FUIB has been recognized as one of the most reliable banks in Ukraine

Reliability of the First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) has been once again confirmed by external sources. The authoritative business periodical "Groshi", which specializes in financial issues, compiled a rating of the reliability of Ukrainian banks. FUIB ranked 11th among large retail banks (banks whose assets exceed UAH 15 billion and whose deposit portfolio is more than UAH 1 billion). The upper positions in the rating are occupied by 4 state banks and 6 banks with foreign capital.

The rating was compiled based on banks' financial statements as at January 01, 2019, published on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine. The following indicators were taken into account when compiling the rating: ratio of individuals' funds to banks' equity, reputation of shareholders, interest for deposits in UAH, and the quality of payment of deposits (timeliness of payments).

The rating was published in the issue No. 5 (380) as of March 14, 2019.

We would like to remind you that the "Novye Vremya" magazine had previously compiled the rating of 20 most reliable Ukrainian banks, in which FUIB had ranked 7th.

Independent rating agency "Credit-Rating", which compiles ratings of reliability of bank deposits in Ukrainian banks, also confirmed the reliability of FUIB bank. In terms of reliability, FUIB received the highest rating from the agency – 5 points. Level 5 means the highest probability of the return of deposits in full within the time specified in the agreement.

As at the end of 2018, FUIB had high performance indicators: bank's net profit for 2018 amounted to over UAH 2 billion. FUIB's regulatory capital for 2018 increased from UAH 3.5 billion to UAH 5.3 billion, and the quick liquidity ratio as at January 1, 2019 was 69% (whereas the standard is 20%).
