ПУМБ оголосив про зміну умов дострокового викупу своїх зобов'язань

14 червня 2017 року компанія Грін Файненс ПіЕлСі (Green Finance PLC) - емітент єврооблігацій, випущених для фінансування кредиту ПАТ «ПУМБ», оголосила про зміну умов публічного викупу єврооблігацій, оголошеного 31 травня 2017 року у формі модифікованого голландського аукціону (Modified Dutch Auction). Емітент подовжив період надання держателями єврооблігацій заявок до 12.00 за лондонським часом 20 червня 2017 р, а також змінив мінімальну ціну викупу єврооблігацій з 101.5% на 103.0%.
