FUIB enhances performance reliability of its corporate web site

First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) has moved its corporate web site pumb.ua to the cloud infrastructure, which will provide more reliable, quicker and uninterrupted web site performance and stronger security against possible break-ins from the outside.

The cloud infrastructure strong point is that the web site is placed not on a single server, but multiple servers. The powerful, highly redundant communication channels deliver higher speed of access to the site. For visitors to the pumb.ua it speeds up the site downloading and ensures its smooth performance even in emergency situations. Moreover, such an IT infrastructure can be promptly scaled up, through adding other servers where necessary, which will enable to enhance effortlessly the capacity of the site on the eve of forthcoming promotions or other events.

The cloud hosting technologies came into being more than a decade ago. Among the pioneers applying this technology to their businesses were such information giants as Google and Amazon, which built such infrastructure for their global goals. Only lately the cloud infrastructure hosting service has become available to a broad range of companies.
