FUIB received confirmation of compliance with the information security standards PCI DSS

The Processing Center of the First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) has successfully completed the audit of the compliance with the international standard of information security PCI DSS*, developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard. This means that FUIB provides the highest degree of data protection in transactions with payment cards.

"Every year is increasing the technical training and skills of fraudsters who strive to defraud the owners of payment cards of their money. However, we remain vigilant and together with the international payment systems Visa and Master Card are constantly monitoring new technologies and improve transactions security system. Successful results of the audit of compliance with the international standards PCI DSS ensures that FUIB Processing Center provides the highest degree of data protection in transactions with payment cards of both FUIB clients and clients of partner banks, who are provided with services at the FUIB Processing Center," noted Yulia Shatrova, Head of FUIB Processing center.

The audit involved a comprehensive inspection of information security of payment cards and client data. This standard was developed by the leading payment systems Visa and Master Card, and is the same for banks worldwide.
