According to the results of an independent research made in January 2015 by the company MASMI Ukraine, small and medium size business appreciates the quality of service in First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB). The index of clients’ general satisfaction with products and services of the Bank reached 74%. In the course of the research employees and owners of more than 120 companies, 80% of which have cooperation experience with FUIB from 1 to 5 years were surveyed.

“We aim at being the best bank for small and medium-size business. For this purpose we keep analyzing the needs of our clients, receive feedback from them and implement the required changes in servicing as soon as possible, and develop new offers and services. Due to such an approach we manage to ensure high level of customer service despite of 15% increase of the client base over the past year”, noted Aleksey Volchkov, the Deputy Chairman of the Board in charge of corporate business of FUIB.

For small and medium entities the decisive factors in selection of the bank were speed and quality of payment and cash services and quick reaction of the bank to clients’ requests. Last year FUIB updated its payment and cash service offers with consideration of the scale of clients’ business, consuming profile and industry. The Bank has completely reworked the process of settlement account opening through simplification and speeding up of this procedure for clients. The number of staff in Customer Service Center dealing with enquiries and consulting clients of small and medium-size business was also increased.
