FUIB sets the trend for equality at UFW: showing «Live towards» together with Andreas Moskin

On September 6, as part of Ukrainian Fashion Week, Andreas Moskin, in partnership with the platform for the integration of veterans «Live towards» from FUIB Bank, presented an unexpected collection that combined fashion with the experience of the Ukrainian war.

The platform helps you rediscover yourself after returning from war and see new opportunities. Collaboration with Andreas Moskin becomes a logical continuation of this mission — shows that fashion can be a language of unity in which there is a worthy place for everyone.

At the heart of the concept of «Live towards» — is the idea of equality and presence. On the catwalk, along with professional models, platform ambassadors – veterans, military and civilian with disabilities whose lives were forever changed by war, creating a shared space where everyone was equal and visible.

The finale of the show was the culmination: the models formed a graphic composition from the participants of the show, which symbolized unity, strength and dignity. The event was a synthesis of fashion, music and theatre, where images and people formed the space for a new cultural narrative.

«Live towards» — is about the power of presence. For us, fashion — is not only clothes, but a way to speak the language of culture and time. We wanted to create a moment in which the characters and images become equal, and the scene itself is — a space for mutual movement forward», — notes brand designers Andriy Moskin and Andreas Bilous.

The heroes of the show were the ambassadors of the «Live towards» platform :

• Nelya Leonidova, who in 2014, while rescuing children during shelling in Tsugres, lost an eye, a jaw, had a shot lung and 18 shrapnel in her body, experienced a coma, dozens of operations and self-rejection;
• Iryna Bilotserkovets, a surgeon and mother who was seriously wounded in the first days of a full-scale war and experienced a difficult recovery path;
• Zakhar Biryukov, a veteran of the Special Operations Forces who, after losing both hands, returned to an active life and became an example of strength and stability
• Nadiya Oksyuta, who, covering her daughter from the fire during the fall of the helicopter, received burns, survived numerous operations and adopted her new appearance, proving that the inner beauty is unchanged;
• Anastasia Savka, a sniper with the call sign «Phoenix», who stepped on a mine after losing her leg, was reborn, feeling strength and femininity again;
• Volodymyr Malikhin, master of physical education, who lost his leg near Bakhmut, saving his brothers, but does not lose his dream of opening his own hall for people with disabilities;
• Olena Pozniakova, lawyer, volunteer and co-founder of the English-language media about Ukraine, who, despite her disability since childhood, became a quality engineer, creating bionic prostheses that restore people's ability to act;
• Veronika Chorna, who has perceived her feature as an advantage since childhood, and thanks to a bionic prosthesis obtained in 2020, made her life much easier;
• Jan Chemeris «Atom», who became a fighter at the age of 19, and after being seriously wounded with the amputation of part of his arm, returned to the army and continues his service;
• Dmytro Tereshchenko, a boxer who, after being wounded at the age of 18 and having his leg amputated, despite everything, continues to play sports, winning 7 gold medals at competitions in the USA;
• Oleksandr Kungurov, a military man since 2015, has orders for courage of the 3rd-2nd degree, after a severe amputation received in 2023, he continues to actively engage in dancing and extreme sports, combining all this with the service of a psychologist;
• Andriy Nitsak, who went to defend Ukraine at the age of 18, took part in the Kharkiv counteroffensive, and after losing an arm and an eye, he did not stop —, returned to the military unit, and is currently engaged in recruiting.

Special attention was focused on the scenery, which complemented the strong images of the heroes. «Beauty that remembers» — new decoration from the project «We Are of the Same Blood», created together with Tsvite Teren. It is the best-selling bird, broken and reassembled in the kintsugi technique — symbol of how people rebuild themselves and their lives after trauma.

50% of each order of FUIB will transfer NGO «Neopalimi» to the treatment and rehabilitation of people with post-war injuries — burns and scars. It is not just a decoration, but a symbol of restoration and return of integrity. It supports those who are just now reassembling themselves and their lives.

The musical accompaniment of the event was the songs of Volodymyr Ivasyuk in new electronic arrangements, supplemented by a live orchestra and vocals by Shumei and Tayanna. Jamala, Taras Tsimbalyuk, Yuriy Gorbunov, Sonya Plakydyuk, Vitaly Azhnov, the TVORCHI band, and many other influencers and representatives of the press visited the event.

The performance «Live towards» became a manifesto of unity that united people, music and art in a single story. This is not just a show, but a cultural event that opens up space for its own interpretations and continues to live in memory.
