Within 20-22 April 2012 First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) successfully transferred all its outlets to the Bank’s MFO 334851. Simultaneous transfer of 10 Bank’s branches to one MFO, unprecedented in Ukraine, was successfully carried out due to well-coordinated work of the project team supported by other Bank’s units involved in the project implementation over several months. As the result of the transfer to the single MFO, all the FUIB’s branches were reorganised into non-accounting outlets of PJSC “FUIB” “Regional Centre”.
Implementation of this project enables the bank to optimise significantly the model for managing FUIB’s internal and external processes, inter alia, to establish the basis for the centralisation of a number of processes. And our customers will benefit from quicker payment processing and uniform service fees.
The transfer to the single MFO was organised in such a way that the majority of necessary actions were taken by the Bank, which enabled it to shield its customers from any possible inconvenience. The Bank’s customers were in good time informed of its transfer to the single MFO, which enabled them to communicate the relevant information to their counterparties and get prepared to introduction of new payment details coming into effect on 21 April 2012. Also, within 2 months from the transfer date (until and including 22.06.2012) all incoming payments will be credited both under old and new details.
“To meet internationally recognised business standards and to deliver the best service possible FUIB continues enhancing its operating efficiency and optimising the Bank’s processes and resources,” comments Konstantin Vaysman, Chairman of the FUIB’s Management Board. “The transfer of branches to the single MFO is one of the projects of strategic importance for the Bank and it aims at enhancement of customer service efficiency, centralisation of transactions processing, and optimisation of preparation of reports to regulatory authorities.”
