Utility Bill Payment Service via PUMB Online

The FUIB’s Internet banking service, PUMB Online, enables the Bank’s customers-cardholders to pay mobile and landline phone, television, and Internet service bills, to credit money to cards held by their family members, and to pay for goods and services. FUIB continues enhancing functionality of PUMB Online and has introduced a utility bill payment service for customers residing in Kyiv.

“Internet banking service is one of the major priorities in development of the Bank’s services, which is why we consistently enhance PUMB Online with functions that meet customer needs. Utility bill payments can be made recurrently in automated mode, so the customer should not worry about delays in utility bill payments,” says Dmitriy Krepak, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in charge of FUIB’s retail business.

Today we offer a utility bill payment service to our customers residing in Kyiv and Mariupol. In the near term we will offer this service to customers in other Ukraine’s cities as well.

Last year, the Bank introduced a mobile version of FUIB’s Internet banking service. So far, it is the only full-function Internet banking service in Ukraine that has been optimised to be used on a majority of mobile phones. A special-purpose “light” web version of PUMB Online enables the customer to enjoy all its functions not only when using a smartphone or personal communication device, but any mobile phone with Internet access. Now, even owners of mobile phones with small screen and low data transmission rate (GPRS/EDGE/WAP) can manage their money conveniently.
