NBU launches new financial literacy section on the “Harazd” website for military personnel, veterans and their families
The National Bank of Ukraine has launched a new specialized section “For Defenders and Their Families” on the financial literacy website “Harazd”. The materials were created as part of the “Financial Literacy for Defenders of Ukraine” initiative to strengthen the financial stability of military personnel, veterans, and their families at all stages: during service, during the adaptation period, and after returning to civilian life.
The section already has over 80 educational and practical materials covering key financial topics:
- finances during service;
- budget and savings;
- banking services, loans and benefits;
- insurance;
- fraud protection;
- starting and developing a business for veterans and their families.
In addition to articles, users will find checklists, step-by-step algorithms, budget planning templates and useful contacts. The materials help make informed financial decisions during service, during the adaptation period and after returning to civilian life.
You can view the materials on the "Harazd" platform:

The section is regularly updated in accordance with the real educational needs of military personnel, veterans and their families.
If finances raise more questions than answers, you should start with this section. Read the materials and share them with those who may find them useful. Use, save, return as needed.
Finances don’t have to be another front.
