FUIB supported the Security and Defense Forces in 2025 with over UAH 151 million

In 2025, FUIB continued its systematic support for the Security and Defense Forces – it invested UAH 151.7 million in providing units with the necessary equipment, fitments and supplies. Since the first days of the war, the bank has been helping Ukrainian defenders – FUIB’s investments have already amounted to over UAH 465 million. This support ranges from medical equipment with Starlinks to evacuation vehicles with generators.

Leonid Skalozub, Deputy Chairman of the Board of FUIB for Security, commented on the bank’s work to strengthen the country’s defense capabilities: “For the fifth year in a row, we have been providing continuous and operational support to Ukrainian soldiers. In 2025, FUIB focused on urgent requests from the hottest spots on the front line so that the defenders have the necessary protection and support. 229 units received important assistance for them. A maximum of three working days pass from receiving a request to paying for the purchase. This year, there was a massive need for transport and its repair, reconnaissance drones and anti-drone protection, communication and surveillance equipment, autonomous power devices and computer equipment, medical equipment for hospitals and ambulances, equipment for equipping defenders in positions. Many of our colleagues, partners, clients, relatives and friends serve in military units. And we work together with them to protect the country."

During 2025, the bank financed the purchase of 34 vehicles, 343 reconnaissance drones and interceptor aircraft, 41 thermal imagers, 931 units of communication and surveillance equipment, 119 electronic warfare equipment, 436 units of computer equipment, 2,022 units of equipment and tools for repairing equipment, 1,984 units of tactical clothing and equipment, and more for various units of the Security and Defense Forces. To ensure the autonomous operation of the units, 1,407 units of charging stations, generators, batteries, and portable power plants were purchased. 

In 2025, FUIB cooperated with large foundations, such as the Serhiy Prytula Foundation,Khartiya, KOLO, Azov.One, Stalevyy dim and others, and dozens of small foundations. Electronic warfare equipment, interceptor drones, charging stations, communication and surveillance equipment, and medical equipment were purchased for the defenders.

In 2025, FUIB continued to systematically support the military and civilians within the framework of the social project “We Are of the Same Blood”. During the year, the Bank, together with partners DonorUA, Blood Agents, Hospitallers, and Solomyansky Kotiki, provided the defenders with tactical medical equipment, paramedics with medical equipment and medicines, and organized open blood donations.

The Bank provides multifaceted assistance to the country while the war continues.
