FUIB invests $100,000 in scholarships for talented students of the Kyiv School of Economics

In the 2026 academic year, 20 gifted students at the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) will receive scholarships thanks to a contribution from FUIB. The total amount of support is $100,000.

The partnership between KSE Foundation and FUIB has been ongoing for nine years and is aimed at advancing education, supporting talented youth, and creating long-term social impact. During this time, over 90 talented students, including children of military personnel, veterans, and internally displaced persons, have received scholarships thanks to the bank’s contributions.

In addition to financial support for students, the partnership includes the development of KSE's educational infrastructure. With the support of FUIB, modern classrooms, spaces for independent and group work, a library, recreation areas, sleeping pods, and play areas were created.

An important area of ​​cooperation was the support of safe education. As part of the "PROTECTION: Safe Education" initiative, shelters for students of two academic lyceums in the Buchanan district were renovated, which allowed children to return to full-time education.

The partners also respond to new challenges together. In particular, they implement the “Live towards” program, a FUIB initiative for the development of veteran entrepreneurship, which is implemented together with KSE Business School and Future Development Agency. As part of the program, 35 winners received up to 1 million hryvnias to develop their own businesses.
