FUIB Completes Accessibility Upgrades Across All Branches

Today, all 207 operating FUIB branches across Ukraine feature accessible entrances — ramps, lifts, zero-step entries, navigation and warning elements, and Braille signage. The bank is currently working on further developing fully barrier-free interiors.

For people with hearing or speech impairments, all standard FUIB branches provide a QR code that connects customers with a professional sign language interpreter. Sixty-seven branches are equipped with barrier-free interiors, including lowered teller counters, handrails, crutch holders, waiting areas for wheelchair users, and adapted restrooms. For people with visual impairments, 51 branches have installed voice assistants at ATMs.

Natalia Kosenko, Deputy Chair of the FUIB Management Board, emphasized: "By the end of 2025, we plan to ensure physical and informational accessibility in 50% of our branches in every region of the country. We aim to complete the development of accessible interiors in 96 branches and adapt our digital channels — mobile applications and the bank’s websites. We continue to promote an inclusive culture at FUIB by conducting webinars, trainings, and online courses for employees to deepen their understanding of how to serve people with various types of disabilities. Inclusivity at FUIB means being a convenient, accessible, and safe bank where every person feels valued and heard, and has equal opportunities."
