FUIB is in the TOP-30 best employers for veterans

FUIB entered the top 30 best employers for veterans according to Forbes Ukraine. The rating presents companies that systematically work to support defenders, veterans and their families. The assessment was carried out through a survey of employers and an evaluation of reintegration programs by an expert jury.

For the fourth year in a row, FUIB has focused on supporting the state, business, the Security and Defense Forces, and citizens through the implementation of various social projects. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the bank's social investments have amounted to UAH 1 billion. The bank invested UAH 410 million in supporting the Security and Defense Forces. FUIB paid UAH 15 billion in taxes to the state budget. 190 thousand lives were saved thanks to the purchases of tactical medicine for defenders, equipment for paramedics, blood deliveries to the front, and the organization of open donations by the bank and its partners.

Support for mobilized employees and veterans

Currently, 190 FUIB employees are defending the independence of Ukraine. A mobilized employee retains their job and is paid their salary in full every month. Since 2024, a payment of UAH 50,000 has been added for equipment during mobilization.

The bank has created the FUIB Mobilized Employees Assistance Fund - a collection of funds by employees for the necessities of our defenders. 345 mobilized employees, husbands and sons of employees, received assistance for over UAH 8.9 million. Protective equipment, equipment and gear, tactical clothing, footwear, and first aid kits were purchased for them. FUIB is doubling the amount collected by employees to strengthen support for the defenders.

8 bank employees died defending the country. Since 2024, the bank has introduced a tradition of honoring the memory of the deceased: a minute of silence, making films and planting trees on the Alley of Memory in the Botanical Garden named after Hryshko in honor of the fallen colleagues.

Veterans receive comprehensive support upon return: financial assistance for necessary rehabilitation in medical institutions, consultations with a military psychologist, mentoring and team support, retraining if they are unable to perform their previous duties. Currently, 51 veterans are successfully working at the bank.

Bank Inclusivity

All branches of FUIB are already physically accessible to people with disabilities, and the bank is working to develop an internal inclusive space. All employees have been trained in communication when serving people with various types of disabilities in branches. The bank is working on the bank's digital accessibility. FUIB has created the platform "Live towards" for the high-quality integration of veterans into civilian life.

• TG channel "Live towards ". Community of veterans, defenders and their loved ones. Currently 9500 readers
• Inclusive financial hub. Educational meetings on financial and economic issues. Already 117,000 visitors offline and online
• Educational grant program for opening a veteran business. In two waves, 727 applications submitted by veterans and defenders, 60 teams in business training, 14 grants (+ 20 grants will be in October)

"Live towards" platform has united over 133 thousand veterans, defenders, their friends and loved ones.
