Mobile donor hub «Warmbloods» collected 23.85 liters of blood during Masha Efrosinina's «Charity Weekend»

Mobile donor hub «Warm-blooded» from FUIB and Mastercard continues its tour to save lives. On September 6–7, an open donation took place in Kyiv during the «Charity Weekend» of Masha Efrosinina in the River Mall shopping center. It was provided by professional medical teams together with «Blood Agents». In two days, 53 donors donated blood — is 23.85 liters of blood, which can save 159 lives.

Artur Zagorodnikov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of FUIB, took part in the donation. He first became a blood donor by joining the «Warmbloods» community. His example proves: donating — is a force that unites and gives hope.

A unique mobile donor hub «Warm-blooded» — double-decker bus designed for comfortable and safe blood donation. On the second floor of the bus there is a modern station for blood donation: after registration, potential donors pass laboratory tests and undergo a doctor's consultation. Everything happens under the accompaniment of a professional medical team from DonorUA partners and Blood Agents in a friendly atmosphere that provides each donor with a warm welcome and a positive experience. The first floor will become an educational public space where visitors can learn more about donation. Thanks to this format, «Warm-blooded» will contribute to the development and popularization of the culture of donation in Ukraine.
