PUMB Wins Two Awards at Fin.marketing 2025

On August 29, Kyiv hosted the annual Fin.marketing 2025 conference organized by UAFIC, which recognizes the best marketing achievements in Ukraine’s financial sector.
PUMB’s marketing team received two prestigious awards:
- Best Rebranding
- Integration of Veteran, Humanitarian, and Social Initiatives into a Unified Bank Ecosystem
As part of the conference, PUMB’s Marketing Director, Ksenia Sikorska, delivered a keynote speech: “When Classic Communication Rules Don’t Work, Create Your Own. The PUMB Case.”
She spoke about how PUMB’s communications have transformed during the war, and why values, transparency, and humanity have become key to building client trust in times of constant turbulence. Ksenia emphasized that the Fin.marketing 2025 awards are the result of true teamwork, enabling PUMB to deliver meaningful marketing and set new standards for the Ukrainian banking market.
In addition, during the official part of the event, the results of the “Top 50 Most Influential Women in Fintech” ranking by UAFIC were announced. This annual ranking highlights women who demonstrate leadership, achieve significant corporate results, and make an important contribution to the development of the fintech industry.
In 2025, three representatives of PUMB were included in the ranking of Ukraine’s most influential women in fintech:
- Natalia Kosenko, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of PUMB
- Ksenia Sikorska, Marketing Director of PUMB
- Olena Rudyk, Head of the SME Department at PUMB
This recognition underscores the professionalism and crucial role of PUMB’s top managers in shaping an innovative future not only for the bank but for the entire financial sector of Ukraine.
