Personnel Changes in the Supervisory Board of JSC "FUIB"

We inform you that on July 21, 2025, the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “FUIB” was held, during which a new composition of the Supervisory Board was elected. The updated Board consists of 8 members: 4 independent directors and 4 shareholder representatives.
The new members elected to the Supervisory Board include shareholder representatives Iryna Perepaddia and Maksym Holianych.
Iryna Mykolaivna Perepaddia holds a PhD in Economics and a Master's in International Law. She has over 20 years of experience in economics, finance, and banking. Since 2013, she has worked within the SCM structure, including in the companies Portinvest and UMGI. Since 2018, she has headed the Treasury department at SYSTEM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED.
Maksym Mykhailovych Holianych is a certified lawyer and holds a Master of Laws degree. He has over 18 years of legal experience. For the past 7 years, he has been working as a lawyer at SCM, specializing in commercial law and corporate governance.
The update of the Supervisory Board is aimed at aligning corporate governance with European standards and attracting professionals with modern competencies to implement the bank’s digital transformation strategy, expand its client base, and enhance its product offerings.
At the same time, we inform you that Serhiy Yevhenovych Kurilko is stepping down from his role as a member of the Supervisory Board. The PUMB team sincerely thanks Mr. Kurilko for his many years of dedicated work and valuable contribution to the bank’s development. We wish him continued success in his future endeavors!
The powers of the current board will expire on July 24, 2025, and the new Supervisory Board will assume their duties on July 25, 2025.
