FUIB was recognized with 6 awards by Financial Club Awards - 2022

Since February 24, 2022, the entire banking system of Ukraine, including FUIB, has faced unforeseen challenges caused by the full-scale invasion of Russian troops. However, despite the shelling, blackouts and other risks, the Ukrainian banking system has withstood all the tests. The annual study of the banking market conducted by the Financial Club publication was adapted to the work of banks under martial law - "25 Leading Banks of Ukraine during the War". FUIB was the official partner of the rating, and Yurydychna Praktyka Publishing House was the media partner. The results of the rating were published at the end of December 2022.
According to the research, FUIB was recognized in six nominations of the annual Financial Club Awards 2022.
Serhiy Chernenko, FUIB's Chairman of the Board, was recognized as the best in the Best Bank Top Manager category. "Despite the war, the bank operates stably, and all payment transactions are carried out 24/7. It is extremely important for me to receive such a high rating from market experts and clients, as it is the result of the work of the entire FUIB team. Since the beginning of the war, the focus of our work has been on supporting employees and clients. Together we went through a difficult year of 2022 - we survived, supported each other, helped the Armed Forces and the civilians. Moreover, the bank launched the We Are of the Same Blood social initiative, which saves the lives of our military and wounded civilians, supports domestic business, promotes patriotic art, and develops a culture of donation in Ukraine. Our plans for 2023 include further digitalization of the bank and banking products and social investment for the development of Ukraine," commented Serhiy Chernenko, FUIB's Chairman of the Board.
Serhiy Magdych, FUIB's Deputy Chairman of the Board, was recognized in the Best Corporate Banker nomination.
Additionally, financial experts and clients noted the quality of the bank's service and product offerings. Thus, FUIB became the winner of four thematic ratings, winning in the Savings Deposit, Cash Loan, Credit Cards and Salary Projects.
By the way, even during the war, FUIB continues to fulfill all its obligations. Including as an agent bank of the Deposit Guarantee Fund. Thus, for 11 months of 2022, FUIB paid UAH 706 million to Ukrainian depositors of other bankrupt banks. As a result, 82% of the bank's individual clients prolonged their deposits during the 11 months of 2022. Over 1.7 million individuals and almost 100,000 corporate clients trust the bank.
