First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) took the third place in the rating of the most user-friendly Ukrainian banks according to Forbes Ukraine and also took the the first place in the nomination "Convenience".
The rating "15 Most User-Friendly Ukrainian Banks" was published in the September issue of Forbes Ukraine. According to the experts, FUIB received 60 points out of 100 possible in the overall rating in terms of reliability, rates, commissions, and the convenience of services. The bank also became the leader in the nomination "Convenience". According to the magazine, the most user-friendly banks are banks with popular mobile applications, available premium service, an extensive network of branches and ATMs, possibility of opening an account and adding funds to a deposit online, availability of lockboxes, provision of custody services, and support of Google Pay and Apple Pay).
According to Sebastian Rubai, FUIB's Deputy Chairman of the Board, back in 2018, FUIB introduced the NPS index (Customer Loyalty Index) as a mandatory KPI element in all departments and is constantly working to improve the level of customer satisfaction. "Our main advantage is the quality of products and services, the mix of "physical" and "digital" aspects. Convenience of our services is our main priority," said Sebastian Rubai.
FUIB is the only Ukrainian bank that continues to open branches (there are currently 236 FUIB branches all over Ukraine), develops a network of POS branches (750 terminals in stores), and actively invests in the development of digital direction (the bank develops software independently; digital solutions are tested in the client laboratory). The bank's key retail products include credit cards, consumer loans, deposits for individuals, and vseKARTA debit card, which is extremely convenient for daily transfers, purchases, and cash withdrawals.
