New edition of the Rules of opening and servicing of current accounts of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the PJSC "FUIB"

We inform you about new edition of the Rules of opening and servicing of current accounts of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the PUBLIC JOINT STOCK COMPANY "FIRST UKRAINIAN INTERNATIONAL BANK" that are applied to legal relations regarding opening and servicing of current accounts.
Rules that were approved on December 9, 2014, and promulgated on Bank's website on December 29, 2014, shall come into force as follows:
- from December 29, 2014 – for clients who enter into the Agreement for the first time, with the use of Rules,
- from January 19, 2015 – for clients who already have an agreement that was concluded earlier, with the use of Rules.
The new edition of Rules is applicable to legal relations regarding opening and servicing of current accounts, including accounts for special regimes of their use, which are opened in cases stipulated by the laws of Ukraine and acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and accounts, transactions on which can be performed with the use of electronic payment means (corporate card accounts and corresponding bank payment cards).
