FUIB's Digital services are in the TOP-3 of the best in Ukraine

PUMB Online mobile application and FUIB internet banking are recognized as belonging to the best in Ukraine by the annual PaySpace Magazine Awards 2019. For the second year in a row, FUIB's Internet banking has received silver in the category  "Best Internet Banking in Ukraine". A total of 11 banks were competing for the title of the bank which provided its customers with the most convenient and most functional online services.

For the first time, PUMB Online mobile application took part in the competition and immediately broke into the top three, winning bronze in the nomination “Best Bank Mobile Application”. In total, 12 mobile applications were presented in the nomination.

"During 2019, the number of clients using FUIB's digital channels increased from 17% to 30%. This is a tremendous result for the year! And all because we have changed the approach to managing remote service channels - the application is created with special attention to convenience, and updates happen every three to four weeks. PSM Awards 2019 prizes are not only our clients' confirmation but also one from the expert community that we are on the right track. The awards further motivate us to upgrade our existing services to become the No. 1 mobile application for our clients,” commented Mykhailo Serhiienko, director of FUIB Department of Digital Business and Distance Channel Development.

Voting took place during November. Traditionally, there was a total of 21 nominations in the awards. This year, 256 companies and experts took part in the annual PSM Awards 2019. Winners were selected by readers, expert jury, and editorial team of the magazine.

PaySpace Magazine Awards is the annual event held by PaySpace Magazine, which is a periodical about finance and technology. The purpose of the award is to identify the best players of the Ukrainian FinTech and e-commerce market, as well as to highlight the most important projects of the year.
