PUMB Online mobile application: 1 million in a year!

PUMB Online mobile application is celebrating its one-year anniversary. During this time, clients of the First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) downloaded PUMB Online mobile application more than 1 million times!

In just a year, the number of active users of the PUMB Online mobile application doubled. Since the launch, they have performed over 14 million transactions! 65% of our clients rated the mobile application so highly that they switched to it completely, abandoning the web version.

 “This year, we have come a long way from the launch of a fundamentally new mobile application to the top positions in the markets in our category. Thus, Android and Apple users gave the PUMB Online mobile application the rating of 4.7 and 4.8 respectively. These results have been achieved due to the fact that we have been constantly improving the application, in particular, thanks to the prompt processing of customer feedback. Another component of our success formula is an intuitive interface and constantly updated functionality – our clients currently can solve more than 80% of their problems on their own,” commented Mykhailo Serhiienko, director of the Operations Service Center

TOP operations traditionally include card-to-card transfers, in particular, using templates, and mobile account top-ups. Thus, since the beginning of the year, bank's clients have made transfers and payments totaling over UAH 30 billion. For comparison, this is slightly more than half of Kyiv's annual budget for the current year!

The number of card management operation is also growing. Overall, the number of transactions per one client has increased by 38% this year. As a rule, one user makes up to 4 transfers a month thanks to the mobile application, including scheduled loan repayments, mobile account top-ups, payments for services. The number of deposits opening operations in the mobile application is steadily growing – FUIB clients have already opened 175 thousand deposits online since the beginning of the year.
