Travel freely with PUMB online mobile application!

Are you planning a trip for the May holidays? Or maybe you have already bought tickets for the summer vacation? First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) reminds: take care of a comfortable trip and set up your card for payments abroad. No more calls to the call center as you can choose your country and settlement currency directly in the mobile application!

"Formerly, before leaving the client, it was necessary to inform the bank to which country the client was going. These usual security measures are needed to ensure that the bank does not qualify transactions in a non-typical region for the client as fraud and, accordingly, does not block the card. We have added a new option to the mobile application in order to prevent clients from having to worry about unnecessary calls. You can allow access to the card in countries and currencies in just a few clicks. We intentionally added this option before the start of the holiday season, so that the clients of FUIB could freely plan trips and not depend on the bank," - commented Mykhailo Serhiienko, director of the Operations Service Center department.

To set up a payment abroad, you must go to card settings, select the option "Operations abroad" in the menu, and specify the dates and country.

If during the trip your route has changed, it is also not a problem. You can add new countries and change dates at any stage in the mobile application. You must admit that it is much more convenient than calling the call center from abroad.  

We would like to remind that the advantages of mobile banking with the PUMB online application have already been appreciated by a lot of bank's clients; since the launch of the application, it was downloaded more than 400 thousand times!
