FUIB held a National Career Planning Conference for 50 students

Center "Development of Corporate Social Responsibility", FUIB, and Career Hub held a National Career Planning Conference for the 50 winners of the competition My Future Profession: Planning and Development.

50 students from all over Ukraine communicated with the top managers of leading companies. During a motivational discussion I'm Not Afraid of Mistakes: Failures I'm Grateful For, Serhiy Chernenko, FUIB’s Chairman of the Board, noted: "Failures happen to everyone, it all depends on your attitude towards them. The most important thing is not what mistakes you make, and how many, but what lessons you learn from them. It is the number of times you were able to rise that matters, and not the number of falls".

Within the framework of the project children also spent one day in the Ministry of Education and Science and in the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, in FUIB bank, in 1+1, UIA (Ukrainian International Airlines), and D.TEK companies, had an excursion to the Institute of Heart, Projector, National Police of Ukraine, met the director of "A-ba-ba-ha-la-ma-ha" publishing house, Ivan Malkovych, translator Viktor Morozov, director Marisya Nikityuk, and other successful Ukrainians.

"For me, participation in the project is a big step towards my dream profession, because we had a chance to see from the inside the business we plan to devote our lives to," Sofiya Kondaurovа, future Taekwondo coach, shared her impressions of participation in the competition.

We would like to remind you that 50 students were selected within the framework of My Career in Ukraine essay project. The essay competition was aimed at showing the young generation a possible way of career development and inspiring them to choose a future profession consciously. The competition was held from January 15 to March 2, 2018, and more than 1,400 essays from 23 regions of Ukraine were collected within its framework. Ten-graders from all over the country had a chance to express their views on their future professions. 5 regional meetings with 250 finalists from all over Ukraine were held within the framework of the competition, among which organizers selected 50 winners, who participated in the National Career Planning Conference.
