FUIB loans are now available at Ukrtelecom customer service centers

The First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) and PJSC "Ukrtelecom" started cooperation in the field of pension cards and credit products at Ukrtelecom branches.  As part of the pilot project, cards for pension payments, consumer loans and credit cards of FUIB will be issued at 32 branches of Ukrtelecom. All of them are located in small towns – for example, in Orikhiv, Gulyaypole, Mikhailivka in Zaporizhia region, Zhydachiv, Boryslav, Mostyska, Truskavets – in Lviv region, or in Pokrova, Magdalynivka in Dnipropetrovsk region etc. The first consultation on the bank products is provided by employees of Ukrtelecom. And the debit or credit product will be registered by a bank employee afterwards.

"We see a demand for consumer loans among residents of small towns where there are no branches of FUIB. In the customer service centers of Ukrtelecom we offer our flagship credit products for the mass market, in particular, cash loans "VSEYASNO" and credit cards "VSEMOZHU", as well as the "Social" package for receiving pensions and social payments.  According to the results of the pilot, we plan to extend the coverage to all 512 customer service centers of Ukrtelecom in all regions of the country," noted Sebastian Rubai, FUIB’s Deputy Chairman of the Board.

"This cooperation is a new stage in the development of our retail business, in particular, in increasing its usefulness for customers.  We have previously provided our premises for rent to various companies, but now we are talking about more close interaction," says Denys Zakharenko, development director of the mass segment of Ukrtelecom.  "Thus, our employees, who have received special training, independently provide primary consultations on both credit and debit products of FUIB".  

In addition, receiving one of the products of FUIB, the client of Ukrtelecom gets the opportunity to use the telephony service on more favorable terms.
