FUIB has launched a new Internet banking PUMB Online. Bank is making a transition to the new system, and the new service will be available by default at the following link Clients' logins and passwords remained the same as before. During the transition to the new version, inaccessibility of the service systems is possible, and the bank apologizes for the temporary inconvenience in advance.

TOP 10: What to try in PUMB Online?

1. Use online banking from different devices thanks to responsive design.

2. Choose a suitable avatar.

3. Remove or set restrictions on the use of your card abroad.

4. Communicate with the FUIB Customer Service Center in online chat. The average response time is about 30 seconds.

5. Create templates for your utility and other payments and pay directly from the start page.

6. Transfer money to a card of any bank from your account. At the same time, in PUMB Online, such transfers are cheaper than in other resources of the bank.

7. Transfer money to your account at FUIB from cards of other banks without commission.

8. Make a deposit in a new way, except for the usual table of rates, a visual picking tool will help you now.

9. Enable or disable the Automatic renewal / Capitalization of Interest on your deposit. Previously, this would have required visiting a bank branch.

10. Register purchase with the credit card VSEMOZHU on the terms of payment in equal parts, as if in installments. Earlier, a call to the FUIB Customer Service Center was needed for this operation.

FUIB offered the new PUMB Online to its customers in February 2017. Then, both the previous version of the system and the new one were available at the same time. During this time, FUIB's clients helped the bank to detect flaws and offer improvements. The bank has already corrected about 40% of errors received as a result of feedback. Other improvements are being implemented right now or are planned for implementation.
