FUIB has opened a mini-branch in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk

FUIB has opened a mini-branch in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk, on 4, Trusha St. Here, the bank provides customers with the entire standard list of services for individuals and legal entities, as well as performs cash operations. In the mini-branch in Ivano-Frankivsk, the bank has used the service model of the provision of services, which we started testing at the end of 2015, focusing on the on-line FUIB services.

In the FUIB mini-branch on 4, Trusha St., a self-service area has been organized – with tablets that have access to "FUIB online" and with payment terminals. Via the remote services, customers can perform all basic operations on their own, including cash payments.

Branch managers immediately help customers to figure out how to manage finances on their own with the help of remote channels, namely transfer money and pay utility bills, order a new card to the account, get a deposit issued, repay a loan, etc. Overall, a client can receive about 70% of services at FUIB remotely, via the Internet banking, on a 24/7 basis.
