Change Notification details of accounts opened in JSC «Bank Renaissance Capital»

We are sincerely grateful to you for your cooperation with the PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "FIRST UKRAINIAN INTERNATIONAL BANK" (hereinafter – PJSC "FUIB"), which is the legal successor of all rights and obligations of the PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RENAISSANCE CAPITAL BANK" (hereinafter – JSC "Renaissance Capital Bank").

We hereby inform you that 12-13 November 2016, details (including the number) of your account (s) open in the JSC "Renaissance Credit Bank" by the BRANCH of the PJSC "FUIB" will be changed in accordance with the procedure stipulated by the Chapter 19 of the Regulation on the opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies (approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine as of 12 November 2003 No. 492, hereinafter – the Regulation No.492), according to the requirements of which, details of the account (s) are changed in connection with reorganization.

We separately draw your attention to the fact that in connection with reorganization, details of the account for the repayment of loans will also be changed.

New details (number) of your account, accounts for the repayment of loans under loan agreements and additional information can be obtained from the Bank's employees directly in the nearest branch of the PJSC "FUIB" or from the Customer Service Center by calling: +38 044 290 7290 – for calls within Ukraine and from abroad, 490 – for calls from mobile phones (according to the tariffs of the mobile operators) and with the use of the Internet banking service "PUMB online".

Contractual relations and conditions of the provision of services for the existing bank accounts, including those that have been created between you and the JSC "Renaissance Capital Bank", BRANCH of the JSC "FUIB", remain the same; only account details will be changed.

Technical works will be conducted 12-13 November 2016, in connection with which services in the specified period of time may be limited.
