First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) reports that debits in the foreign currency from card accounts of clients are carried out at the commercial exchange rate when performing all types of transactions.
You can specify information about the exchange rate set by the bank, as well as about the commercial exchange rate, on the website pumb.ua.
