First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) is recognized as the leader in quality of information disclosure to investors in 2014, according to a study of corporate banking websites held by Investor Relations Agency in conjunction with the periodical Capital.

Organizers of the study analyzed the availability of information to investors on corporate websites of 32 banks on more than 40 criteria in 12 main sections of the scale of analysis. In particular evaluated were: history of the disclosure of financial reports, corporate governance system, section for interactive communications technology, the quality of disclosure of bank's information as the issuer of the securities, the criteria group "Corporate Social Responsibility", the quality of disclosure of credit ratings, etc.

In particular, at the moment only on the website of FUIB the structure of committees of the Supervisory Board is disclosed. Also in 2013, FUIB for the first time in Ukraine among banks implemented the project "Interactive Annual Report", and became one of the five banks, on the websites of which the analytics for clients is provided.

"Today, investors need to obtain timely and accurate information about the activities of financial institutions. FUIB openly communicates with investors and customers, including through the website, providing all the necessary information to make informed choices about the cooperation with the bank. Therefore, we will continue to improve the Bank's website in accordance with best international practice on disclosure of information", – says Serhiy Zubro, head of international finance and structuring transactions department of FUIB.

Investor Relations Agency has conducted studies of corporate websites of banks in Ukraine in terms of availability of information necessary for potential and existing investors since 2011, this year the company analyzed sites of 32 banks in the group I-II according to the classification of the NBU as of January 1, 2014.
