Public notice: FUIB and IUD Corporation enter into debt restructuring negotiations

In consideration of their mutually beneficial ongoing business relationship, First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) and IUD Group have opened the debt restructuring negotiations of FUIB claims against IUD Group. All the Court proceedings and actions initiated by FUIB against IUD Group, including Dneprovskiy Metallurgical Plant and Alchevsk Metallurgical Plant (as guarantor), have been terminated.
