Changes in the Bank’s Operating Mode on 14-15 February

Dear customers!
Please be informed that because of scheduled maintenance works the Bank will operate in a special mode as regards the following services and transactions:

all cash services for individuals on 14 February (Thursday) will be provided from 9:00 to 14:30 without break; on 15 February (Friday) as on an ordinary business day;
-
all cash services for business customers on 14 February (Thursday) will be provided from 9:00 to 14:30 without break; on 15 February (Friday) as on an ordinary business day;
-
corporate card transactions for business customers on 14 February (Thursday) will be carried out from 9:00 to 16:00 without break; on 15 February (Friday) as on an ordinary business day;
-
payment transactions and vouchers at ATMs of FUIB will be unavailable from 15:45 on 14 February (Thursday) to 12:00 on 15 February (Friday);

from 15:30 on 14 February (Thursday) to 14:00 on 15 February (Friday) in “PUMB Online” Internet banking services the following transactions will be unavailable:
-
money transfers between accounts;
-
(template) payments, including loan repayments;
-
arrangement/termination/partial withdrawal of deposits;
-
payment for services, including mobile phone top up;
-
order for a new card.
