FUIB has gained the confidence of thousands of people in social networks and has become number one among Ukrainian banks on Facebook (according to a "Prostobank Consulting" rating). Now FUIB has entered a new area by becoming the only bank that is officially represented in the modern location-based social network Foursquare. Over 160 FUIB venues were registered on the Foursquare network.

Foursquare is world’s most popular geosocial network and one of the fastest growing. Іt has collected more than 20 million users and more than 2.5 billion check-ins* all over the world. Every day approximately 35,000 new visitors register in this network. Foursquare’s audience in Ukraine is still very small; it covers only about 30,000 people but over the past two years it has grown more than 200%. This proves that the network is constantly growing and gains new audience which has an active social position. As of this date there are more than 20 locations in Kyiv alone that offer special proposals for Foursquare users. Now FUIB has joined them.

Based on the growing popularity of this network, FUIB became the first Ukrainian bank officially represented on Foursquare. The Bank's first official venues started to appear in the network in spring 2012. In summer FUIB started a new loyalty program for customers registered on Foursquare. "Mayors," i.e. the most frequent visitors of venues, are encouraged by gifts with the Bank’s corporate symbols. For better identification of the bank’s venues, special stickers will be attached in every branch.

Foursquare has its own applications for devices running on Android, iOS, Symbian, webOS, and Windows Phone, so you can install it on any smartphone or tablet. You need to download a Foursquare application from the web-site www.foursquare.com and then start exploring "new territories."

After downloading the program you need to register your account. This can be done on the web page foursquare.com or by using your mobile device. You can also connect your accounts on Facebook or Twitter to your Foursquare-profile to share information with friends about your location on these social networks.
