First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) presents its new corporate site to mark the bank’s 20^th anniversary. The new site offers high usability and functionality, innovative navigation and is in line with global web design trends. FUIB’s website is available in three languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English.

FUIB aims to satisfy the interests of its stakeholders and offers a handy interface and sections for all types of site users: private clients, small and medium businesses, corporate clients, financial institutions, general public, media and institutional investors. Sections have theirownmainpages where users can easily find all the necessary information: read relevant news, order products and services, view current promotions, and read success stories of our clients.

Section “About FUIB” provides information on key financials and achievements of the bank, sustainable development and FUIB’s social investments. This section also contains information about the Press Office. Sub-section “Corporate Governance” provides information on corporate governance structure, FUIB’s shareholders, risk management policy, information disclosure principles, the code of corporate ethics, and other information that our key stakeholders might need.

Section “Investor Relations” offers an enhanced presentation of FUIB’s financial indicators. The main page of this section contains the bank’s financial calendar and news, key financial indicators, as well as quick links to annual reports and financial statements. This section is traditionally provided in English and is also supplemented with its Ukrainian and Russian versions on FUIB’s new website, which makes it more convenient for all website users.

A map was integrated into “ATMs and Branch Offices” section to offer more comfort for clients and users. Also, we improved our search engine for finding a required branch office or an ATM of the bank, as well as ATMs of the “Radius” network.

A new “Feedback” section appeared on FUIB’s website to familiarize our readers with Service Excellence Standards and obtain client feedback and comments via a customer feedback form. Furthermore, this section will provide up-to-date information on the results of the “Mystery Shopper” program, which is implemented by the bank.

The new interface is social media friendly – Twitter, Facebook and ВКонтакте. Every page contains icons of these social media, which make it possible to easily post any interesting information from FUIB website on the user’s page.

One more novelty on FUIB’s website is “Service Menu” at the bottom of every page enables the users to add any interesting page to “Favorites” by clicking on the heart icon, a link to the relevant page will appear in “Service Menu”. Also, this menu contains a search line, a link to the customer feedback form and a notepad.

“Our new website reflects FUIB’s ambition to be a bank of the future,” comments Konstantin Vaysman, FUIB’s Chairman of the Management Board. “Website navigation is innovative and can be easily mastered along the way – same as the navigation of the iPhone. Our website reflects FUIB’s key values – customer focus, innovativeness and transparency. We plan to explore and develop our site on an ongoing basis and welcome suggestions for improvements, which can be submitted through our customer feedback form”.
