FUIB and Sternenko’s Community have joined forces to support the Defense Forces

FUIB has launched a collaboration with the "Sternenko Community" charitable foundation to support the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine. The first outcome of this partnership was the procurement and handover of 5 Hornet Vision Ctrl (TX) ground control station units to the 105th Border Guard Detachment named after Prince Volodymyr the Great.

Hornet Vision Ctrl is a Ukrainian remote control system for unmanned aerial vehicles. The system enables operators to connect remotely to ground control stations and pilot drones, including interceptor drones. This equipment helps save the lives of defenders, as operators do not need to be positioned directly on the front line—an area where they would otherwise be a high-priority target for the enemy.

For FUIB, this handover held special significance: it turned out that one of the service members from the 105th Border Guard Detachment had previously worked at the bank. He noted that it was particularly meaningful for him to cross paths with the FUIB team again—this time under different circumstances, and for the purpose of supporting his unit.

The collaboration between FUIB and the Sternenko Community is rooted in a shared understanding of the importance of providing timely, modern support to Ukraine’s defenders. FUIB continues to partner with foundations that possess a deep understanding of the needs of military units and modern technology, and that are capable of rapidly translating business resources into tangible aid for the front line.
